Description
DTC P1376 not set, engine started with at least one CMP pulse received in last 250 ms, engine speed 496-3500 rpm, 7 or more CMP edges since the ignition sequence started, eight 4X pulses received between CMP pulses, and the PCM detected less than 47 24X p
Cause and Solution
CMP sensor 24X signal wire is open or shorted to ground (fault may be intermittent)CMP sensor or the Ignition Control Module is damaged or failedPCM has failedTSB 71-65-69 contains a repair procedure for this code
