Description
The Vehicle System Interface Module (VSIM) monitors the input of the rear wig wag light circuit and is sensing a short to battery.
Cause and Solution

Circuit Short To Battery
This sub type is used for failures, where the control module measures vehicle system (battery positive) potential for greater than a specified time period or when some other value is expected.
