Engine speed over 2500 rpm, ECT sensor over 140ºF, MAP sensor from 10-50 kPa (based on engine speed), and the PCM detected the total cylinder gain was more than 191 at an engine speed over 6375 with the Knock sensor signal for all cylinders under 0.08v in
