Description
Engine started, vehicle driven at over 48 mph for 2 minutes, and the PCM detected the minimum and maximum voltages of the HO2S-22 signal circuit were not reached during the CCM test period.
Cause and Solution
Fuel pressure is excessively high (rich air fuel)Fuel injectors sticking open (one or more with mechanical fault)HO2S assembly is damaged or has failedHO2S heater assembly is damaged or has failed
