Throttle Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
Description
Key on or engine running and the PCM detected the TP sensor signal was less than 0.14 volt, or that it was more than 4.96 volts
Cause and Solution
TP sensor signal circuit open or shorted to ground TP sensor signal circuit shorted to VREF or system power (B+) TP sensor is damaged or has failed PCM has failed
