Cause and Solution
IAC motor control circuit A1, A2, B1 or B2 is openIAC motor control circuit A1, A2, B1 or B2 is shorted to groundIAC motor is damaged or has failed (it may be dirty or sticking)Throttle plate is carbon fouled (it may need to be cleaned)
