Description
Engine started, engine running, system voltage over 9.0v, and the PCM detected the injector voltage did not equal system voltage with the injector off, or the injector voltage did not equal 0v with the identified fuel injector commanded on during the CC

Fuel injector 4 control circuit is open or shorted to groundFuel injector is damaged or has failedInjector driver circuit in the PCM is damaged or has failedMain relay power supply circuit to the injector is open
