PCM Output Device Circuit Malfunction
Description
Key on or engine running and the PCM detected an unexpected voltage condition on one or more of the output device circuits. The PCM cannot diagnose the devices properly under these conditions.
Cause and Solution
Output device (relay or solenoid) control circuit(s) shorted to ground between the device and the PCMIf the output device circuits are okay, the PCM has failed
