Description

The Body Control Module (BCM) receives a Fire Prevention System (FPS) status message from the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) indicating a value other than expected.

Cause and Solution

Signal Invalid
This sub type is used for failures where some circuit quantity, reported via serial data, is not plausible given the operating conditions.
