When the Trailer Tow Module (TTM) detects a low condition on the Trailer Left Park Lamp Driver circuit.

Circuit Short To Battery
This sub type is used for failures, where the control module measures vehicle system (battery positive) potential for greater than a specified time period or when some other value is expected.
