Description
When the Electronic Steering Lock (ESL) Module detects the battery voltage is above 16.0 volts for greater than two seconds.
Cause and Solution
Circuit Voltage Above Threshold
This sub type is used for failures where, the control module measures a voltage above a specified range but not necessarily a short to battery.
