Microphone Input Output Short to Ground Open NOTE: If you are troubleshooting multiple DTCs, be sure to follow the instructions in B-CAN system diagnosis test mode A.

Cause and Solution

Short to ground open circuit
Faulty harness between the HandsFreeLinks control unit and the roof console
Faulty harness between the HandsFreeLink control unit and the Navigation Unit
Faulty HFL control unit
