Description
Poor communication between the Power Tailgate Control Unit and the Power Tailgate Closer Unit.
Cause and Solution
Loose or poor connections between the Power Tailgate Control Unit and the Power Tailgate Closer Unit Open or Short in the wire between the Power Tailgate Control Unit and Power Tailgate Closer Unit Faulty Power Tailgate Control Unit Faulty neutral switch, replace the Power Tailgate Closer Unit
