Glow Plug Relay Circuit Malfunction
Description
Key on, and the PCM detected an unexpected voltage condition on the Glow Plug Relay control circuit during the CCM test. The Glow Plug Lamp remains on for 1-12 seconds (depending on the Glow Plug relay on-time which can vary from 1 and 120 seconds).
Cause and Solution
Glow plug relay control circuit is open or shorted to groundGlow plug relay power circuit is open (test the 12GA fuse link)Glow plug relay is damaged or it has failed
