Description
Poor communication with the HandsFreeLink Control Unit and the Gauge Control Module . NOTE: If you are troubleshooting multiple DTCs, be sure to follow the instructions in B-CAN System Diagnosis Test Mode A.
Cause and Solution
Poor connections or loose terminals at the HandsFreeLink control unit
Blown fuse in the under-dash fuse relay box
Open in the wire(s) between body ground and the gauge control module
Open in the wire between power tailgate control unit and the gauge control module
Faulty HandsFreeLink control unit
