Description
DTC P0141 not set, engine started, engine at idle speed and running in closed loop, and the PCM detected the HO2S-12 signal remained fixed from 400-550 mv for more than 1 minute during the CCM test.
Cause and Solution
HO2S signal circuit is open or shorted to ground HO2S element is contaminated, damaged or has failed PCM has failed
