Description
Engine started, engine running in closed loop at a speed over 3 mph for 2-3 minutes, and the PCM detected the HO2S signal remained at less than 300 mv during the CCM test.
Cause and Solution
HO2S signal circuit open or shorted to ground HO2S signal ground circuit is open HO2S is contaminated or has failed PCM has failed
