Tension Bow Opening. Current Too High
Description
If there is no signal from the micro-switch (tensioner rib up), the motor for the tensioner rib will continue to run against a mechanical stop. Overload is registered. Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CCU-320 is stored.
Cause and Solution
Open-circuit in the cable from the micro-switchShort-circuit to supply voltage in the cable from the micro-switchThe micro-switch is not in positionThe potentiometer locking arms do not reach the catch position. The striker plate for the tensioner rib locks in the latch.
