Description
Engine running in closed loop, and the PCM detected the Fuel system was too rich or too lean during two or more consecutive trips.
Cause and Solution
Base engine mechanical fault affecting one or more cylindersEVAP system component has failed or canister fuel saturatedExhaust leaks located in front of the HO2S locationFuel control sensor is out of calibration (i. e. , ECT, IAT or MAF)
