Description
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module registers that resistance in the fuel level sensor exceeds 335 Ω for more than 10 seconds. Note! Vehicles with AWD. There are 2 fuel level sensors, one in each pump unit. The sensors are connected in series with each other.
Cause and Solution
Contact resistance in terminals.Open-circuit in signal cable or ground lead.Short-circuit to supply voltage in signal cable.Faulty fuel level sensor.
