Description
Key on, and the PCM detected the SCP was invalid, or that it was missing data from the Vehicle Speed System during the CCM test.
Cause and Solution
SCP data bus to other controller(s) is open or shorted to ground Vehicle Speed System controller is damaged or has failed PCM has failed
