Relay Control Module Lost Communication With Drivers MPCS Unit (DOORSW Message)
Description
Poor communication between the Relay Control Module and the Drivers MPCS Unit. NOTE: If you are troubleshooting multiple DTCs, be sure to follow the instructions in B-CAN System Diagnosis Test Mode A.
Cause and Solution
If DTCs B1013, B1015, B1065, B1182, and B1905 are indicated, perform the MPCS unit input test.
Loose or poor connections between the Relay Control Module and the Drivers MPCS Unit
Blown fuse in the main under-hood fuse box
Blown fuse in the under-dash fuse relay box
Open or Short to ground at the Relay Control Unit
Open or Short to ground at the Drivers MPCS Unit
Faulty Relay Control Unit
