Starter Cut Relay 1 Malfunction
Description
Engine running, Starter switch OFF cut relay turn on switching failure, ON STRLD open circuit failure. One of these conditions occurs. (1) The terminal voltage of the STRLD exceeds 3.0 volts for at least 5 seconds when the starter cut relay output is turned off. (2) The terminal voltage of the STRLD is 2.4-2.6 volts for at least 0.8 second when the starter cut relay output is turned on. NOTE: Before you troubleshoot, record all freeze data and any on-board snapshot.

Poor connections or loose terminals at starter cut relay 1 and the PCM Faulty starter relay 1
