Description
Vehicle driven for 15 seconds, and the PCM detected an unexpected voltage condition on the vehicle speed signal circuit to the TCM.
Cause and Solution
VSS signal circuit to the TCM is openVSS signal circuit to the TCM is shorted to groundVSS signal circuit to the TCM is shorted to VREFTCM or PCM has failed
