Description
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the combined instrument panel, when the engine is running, receives a signal from the engine control module (ECM) which corresponds to a temperature lower than -45°C (-49°F) (high frequency) or higher than +150 °C (302°F) (low frequency) for more than 10 seconds.
Cause and Solution
Open-circuit in the signal cable.Short-circuit to ground voltage in signal cable.Fault in engine control module (ECM).Fault in combined instrument panel.
