Cooling Fan Relays 2 and 3 Control Circuit
Description
The ignition voltage is between 9-18 volts. The ECM driver transitions from ON to OFF or from OFF to ON. DTC P0480 and P0481 run continuously when the conditions above are met.
Cause and Solution
The ECM detects an open circuit, short to ground, or a short to voltage on the high speed cooling fan relay 2 and 3 control circuit.
