High Level Stop Lamp. Signal Too Low
Description
The rear electronic module (REM) powers the high level stop lamps directly via an output. The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the rear electronic module (REM) registers that the signal at the output is too low. The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be diagnosed at key position II.
Cause and Solution
Short-circuit to ground in the signal cable.
