Auto Idle Stop System Malfunction (HYBRID MODELS)
Description
With the ignition ON and the MCM power-supply voltage a minimum of 10.2 V, the MCM detects a failure related to the auto idle stop prohibition for at least 2 seconds.
Cause and Solution
Poor connections or loose terminals at the PCM and the idle stop switch. Short circuit between the idle stop switch and the fuse Brake booster pressure system malfunction Climate control system malfunction Open or Short circuit between the idle stop switch and the PCM Faulty idle stop switch
