Mass Airflow Sensor Circuit Continuity Monitoring (low frequency)
Description
This diagnostic function monitors for circuit continuity malfunction by comparing the MAF sensor signal period duration to the upper calibrated threshold value and to the lower calibrated threshold value to detect an intermitted contact. When the MAF sensor signal period duration exceeds the upper calibrated threshold value for a calibrated period of time, an intermitted contact (low frequency) malfunction is detected and the DTC P0103 is set.
