Description
Engine started; vehicle driven to a speed over 30 mph in Drive, and the TCM detected A Manual Shift Overheat condition was present.
Cause and Solution
ATF fluid level too high (transmission may be overfilled)Engine Cooling System or engine cooling fan malfunctionExcessive drive time in low gear, or aggressive drive patternsTransmission oil cooler is clogged or restricted
