When the Trailer Tow Module (TTM) detects a low condition on the Trailer Left Turn Lamp Driver circuit.

TRAILER LEFT TURN LAMP DRIVER CIRCUIT SHORTED TO VOLTAGETRAILER TOW MODULE (TTM)
Circuit Short To Battery
