Description
Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) Module detects a short to ground in the Electric Parking Brake (EPB) actuator circuits.
Cause and Solution
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR TERMINAL DAMAGERIGHT REAR EPB ACTUATOR CONTROL A CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUNDRIGHT REAR EPB ACTUATOR CONTROL B CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUNDRIGHT REAR ELECTRIC PARKING BRAKE (EPB) ACTUATORANTI-LOCK BRAKE SYSTEM (ABS) MODULE
Circuit Short To Ground
This sub type is used for failures, where the control module measures ground (battery negative) potential for greater than a specified time period or when some other value is expected.
