Fuel System Too Rich (Bank 2)
Description
Engine running in closed loop at a speed of over 5 mph for 2-3 minutes, and the PCM detected the Lambda correction value exceeded the low Threshold limit, condition met for 240 seconds.
Cause and Solution
One or more injectors leaking or pressure regulator is leaking O2S element is deteriorated or has failed EVAP vapor recovery system has failed (canister full of fuel) Base engine fault (i. e. , cam timing incorrect, engine oil too high A fuel control sensor is out of calibration (ECT, IAT or MAP)
