Lost Communication With HVAC Control Module
Description
The TCM continuously monitors the controller area network (CAN) for messages from the heating ventilation air conditioning (HVAC) module. This DTC sets when the TCM does not receive the HVAC message within the defined amount of time.
Cause and Solution
Communication error
Diagnosis:
Check for other SOBDMC DTCs or SOBDMC related symptoms. Diagnose all other SOBDMC DTCs or SOBDMC related symptoms first.
