A T Torque Converter Clutch - No RPM Drop At Lockup

Description

Engine started; vehicle driven at over 1750 rpm at 50 mph for 20 seconds, TCC command at 100%, and the PCM detected the engine speed was not within 60 rpm of ISS speed with the TP angle less than 30 degrees. The test must fail 3 times on one trip to set a code.
