O2 (B1 S1) Circuit Fault
Description
Engine running in closed loop, ECT Sensor over 176ºF, IAT Sensor signal over 14ºF, BARO signal more than 75 kPa, engine speed above 1200 rpm, volumetric efficiency over 25%, then after the PCM commanded the fuel injector pulse width lean and rich, it detected the O2 response time was too slow, or it detected the O2 signal was less than 0.10v for 3 minutes.

O2 signal circuit is open or shorted to groundO2 ground circuit is openO2 may be contaminated or it has failedPCM has failed
