Description
Battery voltage is between 9-16 volts. Ignition ON for 30 seconds
Cause and Solution
The damper coil or the circuits to the coil are shorted to ground, shorted to voltage, or open for 3 consecutive ignition ON cycles.The vehicle must be driven over 4.8 km h (3 mph).
