Gauge Control Module Lost Communication with Door Multiplex Control Unit (Door Lock Switch Message)
Description
Poor communication between the gauge control module, and the door multiplex control unit. NOTE: If you are troubleshooting multiple DTCs, be sure to follow the instructions in B-CAN System Diagnosis Test Mode A.
Cause and Solution
Poor connections between the gauge control module, and the door multiplex control unit Perform the door multiplex control unit input test Perform the gauge control module input test Open or Short between the gauge control module, and the door multiplex control unit Fauty grounds Faulty door multiplex control unit, replace the power window master switch Faulty gauge control module
