HO2S-22 (Bank 2 Sensor 2) Circuit Malfunction
Description
Engine started, engine running in closed loop at a speed over 3 mph, and the PCM detected an unexpected high voltage condition on the HO2S circuit during the CCM test.
Cause and Solution
HO2S signal circuit is shorted to VREF or to the Heater power HO2S signal circuit is shorted to system power (B+) HO2S is damaged or has failed PCM has failed
