Description
Control module detected a misfire in Cylinder 1 in the 200 (Catalyst) or 1000 rpm (High Emissions) revolution range. Engine stalls. Improper idling. Rough driving condition. Note: If the misfire is severe, the MIL will flash on off on the 1st trip!

Check any other DTC on display Check output signal of Control module Check harness between injector and Control module connector Check fuel injector Check power supply line Check power supply to mass air flow sensor Check harness between Control module and sensor connector Check installation of camshaft and crankshaft sensors Check crank plate Check condition of timing chain Check fuel level Check status of MIL light Check air intake system Check cause of misfire (engine running) Check engine condition Check all cylinders individually, in pairs, in groups and at random
