Fan 1 Performance Stuck Off
Description
The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detects that the Cooling Fan is stuck on or off when the Cooling Fan Module speed is commanded to transition above or below 37% and the A C Pressure signal does not change more than 10.0 kPa for 30 seconds.
Cause and Solution
No Freon In The A C System
Fused B+ Circuit To The Radiator Fan Assembly Open High Resistance
Fused B+ Circuit To The Radiator Fan Assembly Shorted To Ground
Ground Circuit To The Radiator Fan Assembly Open High Resistance
