Description
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the rear electronic module (REM) receives no signal from the head restraint relay.
Cause and Solution
Oxidation of relay socket contacts.Relay is loose or missing.Faulty relay (open circuit short circuit to ground in relay coil).Defective control unit.
