Description
If the car is equipped with an alarm, the alarm should be deactivated using the remote control or, in certain markets via the lock cylinder in the drivers door. If the alarm is deployed, when the remote control is not activated, it should be possible to deactivate by inserting an approved ignition key in the ignition switch and switching on the ignition. The engine can then be started. Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) GLA-455 is stored if the Immo-VGLA code is faulty. Alarm indicator LED lit.

A used immobilizer system has been installed.A used VGLA control module has been installed.A non-approved or defective key.
