DTC P0463 Subaru

Description

DTC P1327 not set, engine started, engine speed over 1,500 rpm, and the PCM received a high voltage message on the Class 2 data line from the Instrument panel cluster (IPC). The IPC detected the system voltage was more than 16.0v for 30 seconds at the I
