Description
Key on or engine running; and the PCM detected an unexpected high or low voltage condition on the Cooling Fan Relay circuit or Sub Fan Relay circuit (for models with Air Conditioning) in the test.

Check any other DTC on displayCheck output signal from ECMCheck power supply line for relaysCheck main fan relay 1 and sub fan relayCheck for open circuit in radiator fan relay 1 control circuit
