Fuel Injector 3 Circuit Malfunction
Description
Engine started, system voltage over 9v, and PCM detected the injector voltage for Cylinder 3 did not equal the system voltage with the injector commanded off, or that the injector voltage did not equal zero (0) volts with the injector commanded on.
Cause and Solution
Fuel injector control circuit is open or shorted to ground
Fuel injector power circuit open between injector and ECM fuse
Fuel Injector has failed
