Description
Engine started, engine runtime over 10 seconds, system voltage from 11-16v, ECT sensor more than 140ºF, engine speed from 2000-4000 rpm, throttle angle over 5%, and the PCM detected the Knock Sensor (KS) signal indicated less than 0.20v, or indicated ore
Cause and Solution
KS signal circuit is open or shorted to ground
KS signal circuit is shorted to VREF or system power (B+)
Knock Sensor is damaged or has failed
