Cylinder 1 Ignition Coil Circuit Malfunction
Description
With the engine running, the execution time is continuous and the duration time is 5 seconds or more. (when the engine speed is 700 rpm) The return signal does not change for at least 5 seconds when the ignition coil is triggered. NOTE: Before you troubleshoot, record all freeze data and any on-board snapshot.
Cause and Solution
Blown fuse
Poor connections or loose terminals at the ignition coil and the PCM
Open or Short circuit between the ignition coils and the ignition coil relay
Open or Short circuit between the ignition coils and the PCM
Open in the wire between the ignition coil and ground
Faulty ignition coil relay
