Description
Key on or engine running; and the DME detected an unexpected high voltage or low voltage condition on the camshaft position sensor. The relative position between the camshaft and crankshaft needs to be optimal so the engine has better torque, fuel economy
Cause and Solution
Fuel pump has failed
Actuator circuit is open, shorted to ground or shorted to power
Battery voltage below 11.5 volts
