Throttle Position Sensor Intermittent High Input
Description
Engine started, and the PCM detected an unexpected high signal of over 4.90v on the TP sensor circuit for 0.15 seconds over a 1.5 second period during the CCM continuous test. Note: For additional help with this code, view the Failure Records.
Cause and Solution
TP sensor signal circuit is open between the sensor and PCM
TP sensor ground circuit is open between the sensor and PCM
TP sensor signal circuit is shorted to VREF or system power
